Sales increased 55.4% from the month before, and were up 2.2% year-over-year.

Prices improved in Mar 2025 with the median price climbing 7.6% from the previous month, up 12.6% compared to last year. The average price rose 9.1%, a yearly gain of 12.7%.

Inventory rose 28.8% from last month, and was up 32.5% year-over-year.
